The GEA believes it is vital that we collect incident report data from our members. Please be sure to fill out the proper paperwork in your building, keep a copy for yourself, and fill out this brief survey for each incident.
The GEA would like to gather information from employees when they leave the district: either through retirement, resignation, or for some other reason.
