We are pleased to announce the launch of the GEA Bargaining HQ document, designed to serve as a comprehensive resource for keeping our members informed and up-to-date on the progress of negotiations.
The bargaining teams representing GEA Unit A and Unit C have dedicated significant time and effort to reach this stage, and we greatly appreciate their hard work and commitment. All proposals from the GEA and the Greenfield School Committee (GSC) are currently on the table. Future negotiation discussions will be aimed at clarifying, accepting, rejecting, or countering these proposals. While we encourage your engagement and constructive dialogue, we would like to remind members that no new proposals can be introduced at this stage.
