High-stakes testing is harming our students, educators, and communities. The MTA is collecting 75,000 signatures to get the issue of MCAS as a graduation requirement onto the ballot in 2024. This would return local control to each school district to certify that students have met state standards in order to graduate. You can read more about this campaign at massteacher.org/testing
